The Rate Tart

Students are being advised to avoid credit cards at all costs (excuse the pun)!

After 3 years of hard work and spending frugally at University the average student is rewarded with a send-off which includes an average debts of over £12,000.

Added to all the usual pressures of needing to find a job, new home and plan a career, etc this debt can be an unbelievable strain on students.

The best way to avoid debt is to live within tight budgets and to refrain from unnecessary spending.

Credit Cards are one of the biggest pitfalls for students desperate to get their hands on cash and credit and students are best advised to be cautious.

If they can avoid cards they absolutely should do as the bills rack up over the years and add even more pressures pre and post graduation.
